Yes, I totally agree. Once the momentum shifts on this market it will be something to behold. Every short seller with 2 cents to his name will pounce on this thing like no tommorrow. And the margin situation you refer to will be a major factor also.

All these investigations of mutual fund dirt (while probably true for the most part) seem to be aimed at levying big fines for cash strapped states such as New York. Does anybody really think average mutual fund investors will get back any of the money lost via these tricks?
