May I add, if a citizen attempts to molest, rape, or murder foreign student nurses, the rights of the nurses to be protected outweigh the rights of the citizen to be free to have his way with them.

I didn't phrase that as well as I should have. What I meant was "compromise the rights of" in the sense of "endanger" or "deprive." We don't tax Americans to provide housing for Chinese farmers. At least not to the extent that the American taxpayer is so burdened that he is evicted from his home while the Chinese farmer puts up new wallpaper.
