The QQQ is something different. The recession began March 2001. "The Clinton Recession" was a big lie. He gave us the best any president could hope to and ought to be given full credit. The economy might have survived the dot-com correction/collapse but it couldn't survive Bush's phony energy crisis or his war-oil-deficit spending policies
