Were Bush-Cheney sincere against terrorism, The US, with its faked and bribe-bought coalition, would not have invaded Iraq. Instead, in conjunction with all of the world powers in a true coalition, the focus would have remained on keeping the Taliban down so it couldn't reorganize, and the chase would have been on for Osama Bin Ladin and the pockets where his group has engaged in activity.

A victory on this, together with helping to broker peace between Pakistan and India, together with successful UN intervention and proof of disarmament in Iraq, together with the US serving as a better balanced player, a fair contributor, in the Israel-Palestinian negotiations all would have gone a long way to make the world both a better and safer place.

Instead we got GOPwinger-induced war and terror politics, not only in other parts of the world but in our own country.

Friends should do their utmost to not let their friends vote Republican in the coming elections. Lets see if democracy really means something and people really will rise up and vote here in America, or if the GOPwinger base will manipulate that tiny sliver of the independent vote in order to hedge a win in a close election due to the apportionment of electoral college voting.

Don't forget, this president has brought our nation into a war where only Bush and Cheney's inside money interests are winning, this after Bush and Cheney failed win by receiving the most votes in the last election. Too many of us wonder that if the Supreme Court had voted differently on the Florida fiasco, would 9/11 even have happened. I hope each and every voter considers then when they mark their ballots next time around!
