NOAA says, "the winter will bring equal chances of above-, below- or near-normal temperatures, according to NOAA forecasters." You say, "So weather is now outta the picture for the winter --" I say, would you like to play Russian roulette with my six shooter with two bullets in the cylinder? I do like your optimistic view. I was being a bit facetious. We will know the effect of weather before Spring arrives. Good luck to all of us.
