Discrimination against bald people? Actually, his problem was that he could never convert votes. IMO, his real problem was that he never had a good stage presence. If he had the stage presence that Blair has, I think he could have picked up voters like crazy.

"We" is the US.

It was clear that, from it's inception, the UNSCOM inspection process was suppose to merely affirm, account for, and oversee the destruction of, Iraq's WMDs and long range missiles

And it was clear from the beginning that the US didn't want Iraq to account for everything. If they accounted for the WMD, then it was the programs [which apparently didn't exist].

From time to time, the US discovers biological or chemical weapons that were accounted for as being destroyed. The problem is that they are ours.

You would think we would be able to account for the anthrax that came out of US stock that was used in letters sent around the east coast. We can't.
