I don't put credence in folks of the
Palast persuasion.

and, btw, I was referring to your assumption
that every one of the allegedly "scrubbed" votes
was improperly removed, that, even if each person
had remained eligible, that he or she would have
voted, and that if he or she had voted, that
the vote would have gone to Gore.

And that assumes that the voter was not too stupid
to understand the butterfly ballot or to ensure the
lack of hanging chads.

The Palast stuff about the 57,000 "scrubbed" voters was already refuted a couple of weeks ago. It is based on an article Palast links:

Which contains obvious and glaring factual inaccuracies and outright lies:
