re: where would they find 1000 without killing innocents? the number of active terrorists are estimated at 50,000 - 100,000. That is not counting most of the PLO that is actively support terrorism or foreign governments that use their military forces to defend terrorists. You can easily find more than 1000 guilty ones. The unfortunate fact is that those guilty have a habit of hiding behind civilians and even more than that our home grown idiots going over there to act as human shields. If terrorists are hiding behind civilians and civilians do not take any actions against terrorists or get out of the way civilians bound to get hurt. Israel is extremely careful about not hurting civilians but in many instances it is just unavoidable.
