9-11 happened on Bush's watch, not clinton's. Blaming Clinton is really lame. Bush now trying to spin Iraq as a fight against Al Qaida. He's becoming right, a self-fulfilling prophesy. Their little Armageddon.

Had Bush followed through on what Clinton started, there might never have been a 9/11. Instead, he spent all his energy working on a tax cut for the wealthy and clearing the brush on his ranch.
