Employees Employed report?!

Frank, I guess you're trying to tell us that these employee numbers are NEEDED!!???
Or, perhaps you're trying to tell us it is good to see a reduction from prior year(s)??

Frank, go a little further with me to pick this apart a little more. . . OK?

Just for kicks, get the total number of Stand-ups sold in the last year. . . (I don't know, but let's do a generous guess) Let's say it's 100. . . (pretty close, I think)

Take a real close look at this report and start asking questions like
"What do they do?" "It takes that many people to do THAT?!"

It takes 76 people to produce (make) 100 machines. . . ? If so, is that really efficient?

It takes 32 people to sell 100 machines. . . ? If so, is that really efficient? Can anyone sell anything?
Seems like a very high number of people to sell so few items. . . I'd say 10 should be enough to handle it.

It takes 41 people to support the customers for the 100 machines plus a small few of older machines sold??!! Here again, 41 is too high. . . should easily be cut in half (or more) (after revising their systems).

It takes 168 people to Administrate all of those 149 people and other stuff to make 100 machines??!!
This is really the worst allocation of people. . . There is no way in hell that it takes this many people in Administration!! This figure should be easily cut in HALF OR MORE!!

I'm not sure how many HMCA sites there are, but, to make it simple, let's say there is at least 1 technician per site or 18 people. (18 people analyzing all of the billable MRI scans)

Why does it take 62 people to handle the Billing / servicing for 18 technicians??!!
Looks like they NEED a small automated computer system to handle their billing & Accounts Receivable systems!
62 people doing this is a disastrous waste of money!

How many really good answers are you going to get that will truly justify that type of spending?
NOT VERY MANY (if any at all)!!

They NEED some true management to analyze their systems and procedures in all of the main groups above, revise the systems maybe adding better computer systems where needed, and really CUT HEADS down to a more realistic amount.

Frank, et al, that think this company is efficient and will eventually make money, think again! Study the above a little more with an open mind. . . you will see the light.
