DRBES, I consider the lower rank people, who may simply need money for something as flawed indicators of the companies prospects. However, when Jerry buys 300,000 and sells none, that means he feels it will go higher.
It is also true that some people who see a flaw that is not yet known, that will humble the stock may well be in that group of insiders. So in balance, I suspect you cannot really tell much from rank and file sellers.
