only 1001 home sale listings for a market the size of NYC?? i just did a quick realtor.com search for cleveland and found 7093 listings. looks like you just made marginmike's point realtor.com.

For Sale By Owner For example if I desire to sell my home without using or paying a broker / agent and then a realtor visits my house (and does or doesn't disclose this to me)to see what is available in my area then a few weeks later that same agent sends or brings a client in to my home and this client decides to buy my house how is the agent from the buyer paid.
