For Sale By Owner

For example if I desire to sell my home without using or paying a broker / agent and then a realtor visits my house (and does or doesn't disclose this to me)to see what is available in my area then a few weeks later that same agent sends or brings a client in to my home and this client decides to buy my house how is the agent from the buyer paid.

controling listings means not sharing the cherry picked listings. Happens in rentals and sales. In the Hamptons, where there is MLS it happens as well.
