Killing 100,000 Americans is a bunch of balloney. Oh?? Had 9/11 occurred two hours later, they might have killed at least 25,000+ The occupancy of the WTC towers were 50,000 people.. Another difference between us is that you completely scoff at the concept of such an attack, while I pay it some heed.. This warning was the first time that I've seen Al-Qaida actually warn muslims to leave their homes. And to do that in three major cities? They'd better do something or they'll lose face (because I just can't bear to call it honor) within their own community.. You need to understand the type of people we're dealing with. They don't care what non-muslims think about them. But they care what their own "people" think.. As for Gitmo.. part of me agrees with you since I don't think we'll ever be able to release them back into the "world" again.. They can't be trusted. But I don't see the point of giving up their intelligence and informational value. You know for every American soldier killed, we should tell the Taliban that we will also reciprocate with their men in Guantanamo. Not very humanitarian are we now? Killing or retaliating against prisoners is a violation of the laws of war Chinu. But no one said we couldn't grease our bullets and bombs with pork fat.. :0) Hawk
