Bachchan to act with Hollywood stalwarts? 18th Nov 2002 19.55 IST By ApunKaChoice Bureau Director Vidhu Vinod Chopra is said to be planning to sign top Hollywood stars to act alongside Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan in his next film which is titled ‘The Fifth Move’. The film, scripted by Chopra, Abhijat Joshi and Suketu Mehta, is based on a game of chess. It shows Big B as a manipulative man who likes to ‘play’ chess with people in real life. Unconfirmed reports suggest that Chopra is considering roping in one from among the Hollywood stalwarts – Paul Newman, Robin Williams and Dustin Hoffman – to play a stellar role in the film. The whopping bill of the Hollywood star will be footed by Chopra and Subhash Dhar (president Ovonic Battery Company USA), who are also producing the film jointly. ‘The Fifth Move’ will be shot at Vancouver in Canada. It may be mentioned that Bachchan is already acting alongside Hollywood’s sensuous actress Bo Derek in Kaizad Gustad’s ‘Boom’.
