The cost savings aren't all that great in offshoring despite the hype so I suspect we reach some sort of equilibrium at some point but it will not be 04, imho.

Didn't you say you heard Mikey Dell discuss this matter. I think Dell is reeling a bunch of IT work back in, I have heard rumors to that effect. (I notice Dell revs are up but earnings flat) The damage is already done to the industry though. I remember hearing the PC vendors like Intel whine about the missing upgrade cycle for the longest time. All intel had to do was look at their own offshoring strategy to see that they gave away the US upgrade cycle when they moved IT offshore. Duh.
