I think you had suggested, or perhaps it was someone else, that an account that has not posted for say 3 years be given a warning and then frozen. To get it reactivated, someone would have to prove that he was the individual who had applied for the original account. I posted the profile of Jim a truly nasty bigot who bragged about having hundreds of accounts. I suspect he is the late departed Vinny and many of the other aliasses.
