During the duration of Cheney's reign as CEO of Halliburton, Federal contract value doubled. If that isn't linkage, I'll eat my hat. And how much outsourcing did the government do? This was during the Clinton administration, remember? Was this a conspiracy by Cheney and Clinton together?? Come on now.... Halliburton also went through many mergers and consolidations.. Each of the contracts held by its new subsidiaries also contributed to the total value of its Federal contracts.. So citing a figure such as you have is completely irresponsible and half-baked... But then again, that tends to describe the logic behind the majority of your posts. Hawk
