Can you do a little research on your own and find a good one who is worth the money and worth working with? If not, why not?

We already know a lot of incompetents are in the business. If the public keeps working with these people, they will achieve some status simply by longevity.

Are we complaining about real estate agents, or the poor shopping skills of the buying public?

By the way, I know you probably think real estate-agent-bashing is a new fad, but it's been around forever. The agents are still around. Got any productive suggestions for improvement, or just more complaints?
