approach is to vastly decentralize the electrical generation system of the United States. BINGO Ray...

They need to get closer to the Clint Eastwood model.. Get those solar cells and Hang 'em High :o)

The system needs to be far more distributed.... but will they really look at a better mouse trap or just band-aid what they've got ?
