I can set up a website, publish the MLS on it (if the brokers in NAR will give the data to me), and then collect emails from interested buyers and sellers all over the country and sell those leads to brokers all over the country for 25-35 percent of the commission they would earn by working those leads.

You're living in a fantasy world. Why would they ever email you, when they could directly contact the listing agent. Or would you delete the listing broker's name from each listing? Now THAT would p*ss off the NAR.
