Bush is not enforcing the securities laws. Only Spitzer is enforcing the law.

I can name several lawerys I know who are making a very good living right now defending various clients from SEC charges which are apparently not being brought......

Are you confused with the duties of the President. He is NOT the securities lawyer, he has plenty of people including Spitzer to do that. He merely directs that it be done. jdn
