Bahahahaha. You and I both know that the reason that the Bush nominees are having a tough time in the confirmation process is because of ideology and political views, not race.

When the President selects nominees from the center, there will be no problems with confirmation.

As for TK comment on "neanderthals", what he's talking about is nominees that are from the "dark ages" politically. He's telling Bush that he needs to nominate from the center.

Part of Bush's lie is that he campaigned as a moderate and now he's trying to govern as a conservative. America does not want the kind of nominees that Bush has brought forth for judges. This is an ideological battle, not one of race.
