In your dreams. The Bush nominations are too conservative in their ideology. Have you even watched the senate hearings?

I'm for streamlining the process for nominees. I'd like a week of hearings followed by an up or down vote of a 2/3 majority. This will fulfill the constitutional advice and consent requirement, and will ensure that judges that are appointed for life will be from the middle of the road. That is what the framers wanted and that is what would be good for the country.

I don't think that we should have a conservative or a liberal judiciary. It should be mainstream America.

Your party pushing it's conservative agenda, and then race baiting along the way, hurts the country. It does not unite the country.
