I do have various tea infusers - mesh balls, etc. What I have been looking for is a nifty Pyrex teapot I used to see in a museum catalogue that had a glass infuser that you could lift out. You linked a very similar one, but the infuser appears to be made out of fiber.

As for finding recipes, if you google

orange spice tea

you will find plenty.

I went to two different Whole Foods today looking for organically grown oranges to make my own orange peel, but I guess it's still early in the year for that, so the oranges need to be washed really well to take off the preservatives.

I have one of those fancy microplane zester/graters and really love how it takes off citrus peel.

I've got cinnamon sticks and whole cloves and everything else already in the cupboard - this would be a good way to use it up because it doesn't last - although the whole cloves are about 25 years old, in a bottle with a tight plastic stopper, and still smell good.
