Bush had barely unpacked his toothbrush before the recession started, much less have his cabinet and administration in place.

But look at the Bush Recovery & Expansion! Tax cuts are stimulative after all. Who'da thunkit?

That is ridiculous - that a huge economy can switch direction in 2 months. Anyone possessing common sense understands this.
