Yes, this is just the beginning. There are many entrenched interests who will fight "to the death". I believe that the Health Care issue is one of the most visible of the many issues whose solution will define us as a society for the future. There are many battlegrounds of the "war" that is now raging across the land. In my opinion, it's actually not unlike the Civil War, which of course had to do with the issue of slavery and its relation to the concept of one nation. Now we are engaged in finding out what kind of a society we will be. Will it be an equitable society? Will it be open and free? We shall see.
