pollingreport.com shows Bush numbers falling again.

63% say bush policies favor the rich. That really is devastating.

I think the dems have the economic picture down since they are campaigning in the primaries. The statistics are not indicative of what is happening at a mom and pop level. Employment figures for example, very misleading.

The rule of thumb is that you cannot have your "hard" approval drop below 40. Meaning those that say they intend/likely to vote for him cannot drop below 40%.

I think he is now hovering around the low 40's (41 to 43%) <-- depending on who you listen to.

If he drops below 40 he is DONE <---stick a fork in em'.

The 50% approval number is actually HIGH in reality because when they poll -- they are getting 85 to 90% of the Conservatives saying he is still their man, which means that on average (balance, the remainder) the DEMS and the INDIES are not interested in seeing him around again. He has the country completely polarized and ironically was he not the one who ran on the "I'm a bipartisan kind of man".

80+20 = 100/2 = 50
