Do you think Bush's government is a legitimate government

Is the United States Constitution a legitimate document?

ST, the election of '2000 is over. I may be wrong, but I doubt that any US President was ever elected with more then 50% of ALL eligible votes.

Do you think Bush's government is a legitimate government given that it got far less than 50% of eligible votes?

Eligible voters, or people who actually bothered to vote?

If you don't vote that's your own problem. Other people will choose your leaders for you. But it's not like you didn't have the opportunity to cast your vote..

Btw, take a look at this map for the popular vote Bush received:

fec.gov

Note.. Do you notice Bush carried more than 50% of the vote in Tenessee, Al Gore's home state??

Do you think they might know something you didn't??
