A test of 1028 even 1025 area will be probably successful and a close above 1035 will establish the new range between 1028 and 1082 for the end of the year barring any new negative development on the global front.

By not embarking on such a strategy is an implicit distrust of the population and hence will only heighten antagonism." All that such recruiting does is to produce forces that are ineffective due to their being shot through with secret guerilla cell members. Hey, if the locals generally supported the foreigners there wouldn't be a security problem in the first place. -- Carl
