The farm subsidies have always been a puzzle for me and other on the coasts, even when Clinton packed them into his budgets. I don't understand the dynamics at all. Perhaps TigerPaw, who receives a farm subsidy, could enlighten us.

The Boeing work is necessary defense contracts. I flat out reject calling any of it a handout. It's not a handout now, nor was it when Clinton had it in his budgets.

There's some minor partisan junk in the energy plan, but most of the waste is environmental bribery, as stated earlier.

The last link you have is an opinion piece from almost two years ago and contains no facts relating to the current budget.

All in all, corp subsidies are way down while Bush's funding for liberal programs is skyrocketing. That is sad, and bad for America.
