That concept is the same as Calif. car insurance -- everyone is required to carry insurance,

The problem with Calif car insurance -- the poor don't carry it. Especially the illegals. And get slapped on the wrist when they have an accident. The cops won't even arrest them. That is why you have to carry "uninsured drivers ins."

I would add to my sentence below "What we need is full coverage that involves the private sector but doesnt let insurance cos, pharma, hospitals, hmos & TRIAL LAWYERS have full power or the govt turning it into a giant boondoggle"

How could i forget the trial lawyers?
