I think it is truly insane of you to think that markets are the answer to the health needs of retired persons. By definition, they are at a huge disadvantage in any market situation...

Raymond, the Prescription Drug Benefit will boomarang on Bush. It creates great anxiety among senior who already have this benefit through other insurance.
