Now that's convincing - a "Dear Buzz" letter. LOL. As for the rest... I think it is truly insane of you to think that markets are the answer to the health needs of retired persons. By definition, they are at a huge disadvantage in any market situation... Spoken like a true socialist - "central planning and state ownership - technocrats over markets any day - we, the informed few, must take care of the ignorant, helpless masses - we know what's best for them."
