wow- this has to be lower than Carter at this period of the presidency but I can't find old Carter poll numbers. This is indeed bad for Bush though. And look at his numbers with women!!.

Bush really should have thought twice before they went through with that PBA ban and no "life of mother" provision. That, plus the war, killed Bush with women. 38% vs. 51% Bush should/should not be reelected, wow!
