Bush et al want to take women to before the 1920's, when they were subservient housewives and didn't even have the right to vote. Outlawing abortion to the extent that they treat women as no more than carriers for the babies, now that is bound to have some effect. Not all women are as dumb as Laura Bush, to stay married to a chimp and second all his anti-women moves as "progress".
