Hmmm, I would just as soon not have a president whose foreign policy is made by his most determined advisers. Didn't work out so well this time around.....

My guess is we get some combination of Dean and Clark on the ticket, provided one is willing to take second chair. It's a good north-south team, plus domestic-foreign affairs oriented and civilian-military expertise.

The campaign will certainly become more interesting once this incessant personal sniping is over and we can focus on debating issues between two clear tickets.

That is, if the press ever lets the debate get around to the issues. I still have my doubts on that front. The candidates aren't doing much to help either.
