Dianne Feinstein is actually really good imho I don't know why she is voting for this medicare bill but anyway who cares, the republicans will be blamed for it and it will be overhauled anyway. My big issue with the system they are proposing is that it in no way addresses the problem which are US drug prices. So when we have a democratically controlled congress in 04 they can enact another bill which allows free market canadian drug purchases. If/when that happens, then the drug plan enacted by congress isn't horrible.
