P-R-O-P-O-R-T-I-O-N-A-L___R-E-P-R-E-S-E-N-T-A-T-I-O-N

That thing the whole world did before the 1700s, and after the 1700s, except some, Swift and funny travels in the endian FPTP lands

However, there is still a bunch of former colonies in Africa still struggling to get rid of it, nobody promised it would be easy for them.

However, it is known to be difficult for regular FPTP idiotes (in the greek sense, although the masses)

Btw, PR means that x% of votes, x% of seats in parliament, nothing more yoda than that, and especially nothing like funny single-seat-winner-takes-all-one-seat-districts, nor largest-little-party-makes-the-government.
(nor makes it swing, but that is more demanding, not 101 on regular stuff)

Instead, there are even cases when just a 5/6 majority can kick the 1/6th, or even less.
(however, note that with FPTP, there is no way to measure those 5/6ths, old Yoda saying, which all but few nations have used for milleniums, luckily)

Hmm, some 5-7 years ago, UK actually had some public debate after and before it was once again banned.
(well, their EU representatives are PR-persons, but these days one should not mention that)

That included some, actually most, of those Black- and Rupert-things.

Me thought that was fairly well known in Canada, although it seems I was wrong, FPTP and all??

What does Canada thing of transfering some funny votes to neighboring districts, or just about anything to not really do anything??)

PS One smart thought is obviously >0<, have no idea??
