How do troops in Iraq prevent a blown chlorine tank at a chemical plant or a railroad tanker car?

By killing the scumbags before they get here. C'mon Kenny.... buy a vowel if you don't know the puzzle. Pat Sajak won't mind.

>>> They don't. They also don't do anything if it's a compromised cargo container....

>>> And since so much of the Guard is deployed overseas, they don't either... nor fight many forest fires these days.

>>> All of which begs the LARGER QUESTION that Rummie asked in his 'secret' leaked Pentagon memo: are we growing new terrorists faster than we are killing them? (That was the very question the CIA asked BEFORE the war began.)

>>> The answer to THAT ONE will tell the tale. (Anyone look at the under 15 age cohorts in some of these countries?)

didn't we have that problem in one of the southern states last year. a tank car leaking. and they let it just leak and evacuated the area. So why bring Iraq into it.. we got chemical problems all over the country.

Now new york city is very strick on tankers in the city.. You may be able to pass through on the highway but to do any kind of business in nyc your tanker requires 3" of steel for the compartments at least it did thirty years ago for gasoline.. If you have been through nyc you may have notice little 3000 gallon red tankers running around making deliveries.. I think 3000 in max allowed or was back then.
