Mike, perhaps I was careless with my words. However, there are many different ways to hold our leaders accountable for their actions with out going to some of the extreme vitriol that we see on a regular basis.

When our news media not only shows more of the "anti" rant, but seems to share their similar opinion with us on the air, I believe it does embolden those that would seek to divide and conquer us.

Are the words of the misguided treasonous? In most cases not.

Are they helpful in shaping what happens from this day forward? Probably not.

Do they have a reason for shouting them so often and so loud? Yes, they are seeking to undermine the President in the mind of the electorate so they can have another shot at the power.

I think President Bush has shown amazing restraint with his response to the vitriol. We know he is a Christian and that he takes comfort from his Bible. I am sure that he reads Proverbs 26:4 frequently "Do not answer a fool according to his folly, lest you also be like him."
