Exactly where does he say he knows world opinion? The closest he comes is his assertion that people are boycotting French products. I doubt that's widespread anywhere, even in the US. But other than that, what assertion are you taking issue with?

The point of his post was not to speak for the world - it was to address Lizzie's obvious confusion over the difference between the media and the people. He raised the issue in a prior post, and she replied with more newspaper headlines, effectively claiming the media accurately reflects public opinion. She was the one claiming to speak for world opinion of the US, not him. I expect her to be dense and not understand Selectric's point - it is rare that she even listens, much less understands - but I thought you'd get the point.

Just want to point out, Baker, that this is still unanswered:

And you are not banned here- -far more courage than you've ever demonstrated to anyone.

You got my nomination as "Wimp of the Decade".

Oh, just wanted to let you know you're banned for things you posted on other threads.

What goes around comes around, you know it?

I want to caution you not to violate your own header. You are currently engaging in hate-filled politics, personal attacks, and demonizing people you have banned from your closed thread.

You make absurd unsubstantiated accusations without a hint of proof and no rebuttal. Yes, I realize there is no one for you to fight with on that thread, so you fight with the unnamed wingers. As X would say, that's pretty creepy. LOL.

Anyway, if you persist in bashing people you banned from your thread, you will be banned from this thread. That will raise YOUR BAN COUNT to the same level I have! Hehe. That means, according to your own perverse value system, that you are not worth reading...(something we can finally agree on.)

So I leave it up to you...

OK, that is enough. I realize you and X need a hyena debriefing after you ban someone, but that's enough talking about her. You know she cannot respond, so stop the nonsense now.

I will not hesitate to ban you here if you persist. And you know what another ban on your ban count will mean...

Heh! Heh! Talk about blatant hypocrisy at its worst.

Comrade Dale Baker, cult leader of the "centrists" Re: Baker's & libs frequent use of calling the Tea Party movement 'teabaggers';

"The idea that the TP crowd should be treated carefully and politely when they are manically dedicated to extreme insults and distortions, just doesn't fly."

"Those who want to devolve to the screaming, frothing fringe are on their own. They hurt our political process and deserve no better than what they dish out. That applies to left and right.

That pretty much sums it up."

" I ridicule the TP crowd for their conduct. it's very clear in my mind. I think their whole movement is kinda nutso."

So tell me Comrade, can you cite a few prime examples of tea party folks acting like you repeatedly claim they do?

Cue crickets chirping.....
