Maybe Bush can leave the reporters and photographers behind this time.

In point of fact, it took 6 weeks of planning for Bush to make the trip and he insisted that he have the option of canceling at any time, ie in the event he was too scared. So.....he spent a total of 2 1/2 in a refueling stop and then had the awful duty of flying all the way home nonstop to Crawford. What a man!!

The Presidency is normally a 24/7 job...but not for Jr... He works about 7-8 hours a day...Has input given to him on one or two pages, doesn't read a newspaper nor watch the news... How many days has he spent in Crawford the last 3 years? And BTW, you're not the only guy who has traveled the world....

Anyone who knocks it just doesnt understand

Methinks they understand okay. They just don't like it and refuse to admit that many, if not all, modern-era Presidents have made trips to meet and support the troops.
