Alan - I agree that we are to become spiritual. I believe we will have bodies - but they will be spiritual in nature. I think there will be no need for indoor plumbing in heaven. I believe that those who remained until Christ returned were changed in the "twinkling of an eye" or in modern terms - a split second. They were changed into incorruptible beings - bodies that cannot rot back to dust. I believe that all those who now die also receive a spiritual body and reside in the spiritual realm with Christ. I do not believe Christ's reign stops although the kingdom is given to the Father I believe Christ still rules for all eternity. I do not think Christ steps down when it is surrendered or offered to the Father. Small point perhaps. Brian
