Maybe you misremembered something.

I did some searching, and the only connection between Iraq and Indonesia that came up was when the leader of Indonesia, the world's most populous Islamic nation, pleaded for restraint after the 1998 bombings of Iraq by the U.S.

If such an event took place or even had been vaguely rumored to take place you could be certain that Wolfowitz, Perle, and Cheney would repeating it at every opportunity.
