Are you aware that Gore couldnt even command the respect of the college students in his class? Gore is not Presidential timber. Made a good VP as didnt make any waves for Clinton (when he should have). jdn

One thing is for certain. If Kerry drops out, Dean will be the one to gain the most, including a guaranteed lock on the North.

Clark may make some headway in the South, but Dean will still have considerable momentum and will pick up the West. Result: Dean gets nominated on the first ballot with Clark as his VP.

Gore is an attractive candidate. I did vote for him in the last election, and I respect his intellect, however, he is not Howard Dean. Dean will defeat Gore if he enters now. It would be better for Gore to wait 8 years. There is still too much negative sentiment about the Clinton era.
