khang, Dubyas lack of foreign policy experience got us into a reckless invasion of Iraq, cost us hundreds of soldiers lives, hundreds of billions of dollars, damage to our relations with our allies, and great harm to our economy. Dubyas foreign policy experience is nothing to brag about.

I would guess that the Clintons would love for Dean to be the candidate in 2004, then Hillary would be sure to be able to run against a non-incumbent Republican in 2008.
