Condoms in schools? The fact that they don't teach "christian ideals"?

As far as the <complete disregard for personal responsibility> I won't even venture a guess.

Do you live in a small town somewhere? I think many policies are aimed at inner city at risk youth.

Personal Responsibility? Do you consider Bush to be a responsible President when he cuts taxes and increases spending and increases the debt by over $600 Billion in just 12 months? Is that responsible?
