Not a single such measure existed before the intifada - what you are listing are counter-terror measures from people with a strange unwillingness to be shot in their cars and their beds.

there was no willing seller of the right to impose a jewish regime on the muslim indigenous

The sellers were Arab, and the local Arabs seemed willing enough to live in the new Jewish cities - Arab in-migration into areas of Zionist development was huge.

nor the right to run them off so their lands can be 'purchased' in some never-ending stream of colonisation

They weren't run off. Have you learned some version of history where the Zionists just said, okay that's it, we're masters, all Arabs out? The Zionists wanted the Arabs to stay! It was the Arabs who evacuated or fled or were driven from areas of contention in the war. There was a war, remember? Has the invasion of five Arab armies and the ensuing war slipped your mind? Tell me, just think about it for a second, what would have happened to the Zionists of Palestine if they had lost the war in 1948?
