Yes it is and just because it is a comment against the Jews, does not make it wrong.

If you think the Jews rule the world by proxy, then you've joined the tinfoil-hat brigade.

Reminds me of an old Jewish joke. Two old men, Moishe and Avram, long-time friends, like to meet in the park every morning. One morning, Moishe goes to the park, and as usual, sees Avram reading the morning paper. But then he looks closer, and notices it's not Avram's usual paper, the Jewish Daily Forward, it's, it's, the worst anti-Semitic rag in the city! He cries, "Avram! what are you doing, reading that filth?"

Avram replies, "When I read our papers, all I hear is about how we are being insulted on one side and attacked somewhere else, how our numbers are few and we're not growing due to assimilation, and what a precarious state we're in generally. But when I read this paper, I learn that we really control the world - Wall Street, the big banks, the international corporations, even the US government! It makes me feel so much better!"
