LindyBill, The founding fathers&mothers never meant for the USA to be a country without any restrictions whatsoever. Society has an obligation to provide a healthy, safe, gutter-level free culture for children to grow & fourish. Liberals have turned the good intentions of the Constitution to provide freedom in most endeavors into a freeforall for low-life. Authority Paranoia on the part of some citizens has twisted the American culture into a free market for sleaze--Thos Jefferson, Washington & Franklin would be disgusted to see what's permitted in entertainment all in the name of freedom. No one needs to be free to publish pornography or any of the other garbage foisted on our culture in the name of free enterprise. That's just another front for the greedy & corrupt.
