Slow water torture as the gains are eroded...I know the stock price has gone up appreciably, but with the nascent better news one might have expected some stability. As to the meeting today, why would Noam change his modus now... he has rarely helped shareholders by releasing interim positive news preferring that his owners search the web site and other sources to uncover nuggets of information. m1

Take a look again, the converts have a fixed price of $2.32. I couldn't find any time constraints on the conversion and IR refused to answer any of my e-mail inquires on the subject. As far as I can tell the convert holders can demand shares at anytime and sell them. If they were able to sell their 9.9mil shares at these levels they could make close to $10mil on a $23mil loan with a duration of 6 months. Close to double their 5 years interest.
